Pipe and Tunnel Testing: Remote Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to assess wall thickness and condition of steel, cast iron & ductile pipes, concrete integrity testing, void detection and leak detection.
Dry, partially surcharged, and surcharged pipes – eliminating the requirement for manned entry
Non-Destructive Testing – Utilising a unique ‘pulsed eddy current’ NDT system, to obtain vital condition assessment data remotely enabling you to make informed maintenance decisions.
Ground-Penetrating Radar (GPR) – to gather vital information about the condition of the asset which includes highly accurate measurement of the remaining wall thickness, delamination, rebar cover, the nature of ground cover around the asset and the presence of both dry and water filled voids which are often the driver for catastrophic failure.
GPR has been successfully used to locate leakage from within underground reservoirs.
Leak detection – proprietary systems are normally restricted to small diameter high pressure pipes; however, we are currently developing a system for detecting low pressure leaks in large diameter pipes.
